NAYA ARCHITECTS maintains the most advanced computer aided drafting and design (CADD) system available, and encourages staff to continue to seek and develop new ideas and technologies. This allows the firm to provide convenient, prompt, and informed service to both local clients, and clients outside the immediate area.

NAYA ARCHITECTS with a combined staff experience of more than forty years in healthcare and institutional design is knowledgeable in dealing with local, state and national authorities` respective codes. Institutions such as Jackson Memorial Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital(Former Pan American Hospital), Miami Children’s Hospital, Baptist Health Systems as well as others, have worked with the staff on a variety of projects. These projects have further solidified our technical experience.

NAYA Architects, Inc. was founded on June 15th, 1995 by its Founder, Luis E. Naya, A.I.A., LEED AP, NCARB

It was created with the purpose of providing personalized superior design and services to Healthcare Facilities.

Over the past 23 plus years of service, NAYA Architects, Inc. has provided Architectural Consulting Services and has developed a relationship with the most prominent Healthcare facilities in the Tri-County Area, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Our founder Luis E. Naya, has over 40 years experience with the local agencies in the Tri-County Area as well as a 38 year relationship with AHCA, The Agency for Health Care Administration. NAYA Architects, Inc. has completed over 200 projects regulated by said agency and continue to have success with the agency to present day.

These include; Memorial Health System I 5 years, Baptist Health South Florida I 22 years, University of Miami/22 years, The Public Health Trust/Jackson Memorial Hospital I 22 years, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital I 17 years, Larking Community Hospital I 12 years, Holy Cross Hospital I 8 years, and the Tenet Organization including North Shore Medical Center I 8 years, Hialeah Hospital I 7 years, and Palmetto General Hospital I 3 years.
